Bryan Altmire is the CEO and Co-Founder of KSA Integration, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Since establishing the firm in 2015 alongside LtGen Keith Stalder (USMC, Ret.), Bryan has led the company’s evolution into a premier provider ofWarrior Readiness and Warrior Care solutions.

His leadership is defined by a commitment to the entire lifecycle of the warrior, with a deep focus on supporting the United States Marine Corps and the Department of War (DoW).  Under his direction, KSA bridges the gap between strategic policy and operational execution for key Marine Corps commands, including Training and Education Command (TECOM), Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD), andProgram Executive Office (PEO) Land Systems. This work ensures that active-duty forces are equipped and trained for the future fight. Simultaneously, Bryan champions Warrior Care, overseeing critical support to the USMC Wounded Warrior Regiment to ensure that recovering service members and their families receive the care and advocacy they deserve.

Bryan has cultivated an organizational culture of excellence, leading KSA to be recognized as a five-time “Inc. Best Workplaces” winner and a recipient of the Department of Labor’s “Hire Vets” Platinum Medallion.

Before founding KSA, Bryan spent nearly seven years as a lead analyst at the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute, the Department’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). In this capacity, he shaped high-level national security policy and organizational strategy. During his tenure as a lead analyst at the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute, Bryan played a pivotal role in shaping national security strategy. He served as a forward analyst for the Quadrennial Homeland Security Review (QHSR), where he systematically assessed the “homeland security enterprise” to define long-term strategic priorities. A major focus of his work involved co-leading the institutionalization of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). In this capacity, he focused on developing and maturing threat characterization frameworks to ensure that resource management was directly tied to operational needs.

Bryan holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.

He resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, Elaine, and their sons, Mason, Connor, and Austen.
